St. Maarten Island COC on Nationalise Certificate of Competency

• Original Application Form.
• Copy of Data pages of a valid National Passport.
• 4 Colour passport size Photograph (light or white Background).
• Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a physician recognized by the White List country as authorized to carry out seafarers examinations.
• Must use “St. Maarten Island COC” Medical Form.
• Basic STCW & Advance courses, GMDSS, ROC and ARPA, SSO, etc.
• Copy of Valid Seaman book
• Certificate of Competency
• Copy of valid Company experience certificates, etc

St. Maarten Island COC DECK & ENGINE SIDE RENEWAL (Operational & Management Level)

• Original Application Form.
• Copy of Data pages of a valid National Passport.
• 4 Colour passport size Photograph (light or white Background).
• Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a physician recognized by the White List country as authorized to carry out seafarers examinations.
• Must use the “Honduras” Medical Form.
• Basic STCW & Advance courses, MFA/MC, GMDSS, ROC and ARPA, SSO, etc.
• Copy of Valid Seaman book
• Copy of Valid Passport
• Valid Certificate of Competency (Operational & Management Level)
• Copy of valid Company experience certificates, etc
